This Delivery Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and responsibilities. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, the recipient is fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Al Tawazun Auto Spare Parts LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website. Al Tawazun Auto Spare Parts LLC is not responsible for delays in tracking information updates.
6. Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, absence at the delivery address, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will bear any re-delivery costs. Unclaimed packages returned to us will be subject to a restocking fee before a refund is issued.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at tawazunlog@gmail.com. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. For lost shipments, claims must be raised within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
8. Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
