No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for parts that were ordered incorrectly due to customer error.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on this Website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.
  • Full payment must be received and cleared before any order is dispatched.
  • We accept payment via Credit card, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (available on select orders within the UAE).
  • We are not responsible for any additional charges, currency conversion fees, or surcharges imposed by your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Risk of loss and title for ordered products passes to the Customer upon dispatch from our facility. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss occurring during transit once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information is provided at the time of order. We shall not be liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer.

  • Electrical components, special-order items, clearance parts, and any item that has been installed or modified are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances;
  • Returns will not be accepted for parts ordered due to customer error in vehicle specification;
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests;
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the stated conditions.
